Took out all three kids for the first time today!

Today was a double birthday party at my Papa’s house for my aunt and uncle’s birthday. My family all came in and they were so excited to meet the girls. Jeff was working so I had to do everything, but I got myself and everyone ready, took the dogs out, even did my makeup! My aunt picked us up with her minivan since we can’t fit all three kids in our car.

I still cannot believe we were out for almost 6 hours and the girls almost never cried. I am proud to say that no one could believe how good all the kids were. It was noisy.and the girls were passed around and around and they just smiled and took it all in.

I have to admit, my confidence level definitely went up a notch today, because not only did I pull it off, I had fun too! And after caring for all the kids the past few days because Jeff had been sick, I feel really empowered.

Now I am relaxing (and by relaxing, I mean nursing) and watching my favourite family the Duggars.  Almost makes we want to have more kids! Hey, if we win the lottery or something…

UPDATE: right after I wrote this, everything pretty much fell apart! Jeff got mad, June did an epic poop and peed all over me and the sofa, Sawyer threw a tantrum, and also did a messy poop I had to clean, and I remembered I left the girls’ laundry in the machine instead of putting it in the dryer! Oh well… 😉
