Sorry, these are a bit overdue but things have been very busy lately (with birthdays, work, moving, getting engaged etc.). I did take them on time, just didn’t make the post.
In the pictures there doesn’t seem to be much of a difference from last month. Weight wise I am down to about 124 and can fit into about 90% of my prepregnancy clothes.
I started doing crunches to increase my core strength since it was weak, and was getting cramps in my sides. I think it shows a bit around Pouchy, but is covered by him in the middle.
I also noticed that I have a big long hole between my abs (it’s really gross when the skin falls in it). I read that can happen sometimes, I think it goes away eventually… I’ll have to read up on it.
